How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

How do I invite team members?

Go to Settings > Team Members and click "Invite". Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite. They'll receive an invitation email to join your workspace. You can manage roles and permissions from the same page.

How do I export my data?

Navigate to Settings > Data & Privacy > Export Data. You can export your workspace data in JSON format. For enterprise customers, we also support bulk exports via our API. Exports typically complete within a few minutes.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings > Billing > Change Plan. Select your new plan and confirm the upgrade. Changes take effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

How do I contact billing support?

For billing inquiries, invoice requests, or payment issues, email [email protected]. For enterprise billing, contact your dedicated account manager directly.

What integrations do you support?

Momental integrates with Google Docs, Notion, Slack, Linear, Jira, and more. Visit our integrations page in the app to see the full list and connect your tools. Enterprise customers can request custom integrations.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, and database-level tenant isolation. Your data is never used to train AI models. See our Security page for full details on our data protection practices.
